Convert your physical share certificates into electronic form for safe, convenient holding and trading.
Rematerialization
Convert electronic shares back to physical certificates when required.
Pledge & Unpledge
Pledge your securities as collateral for loans and unpledge when the obligation is cleared.
EDIS (Electronic Delivery)
Electronically deliver shares to the exchange during settlement using the EDIS facility.
Share Transfer
Transfer shares between DEMAT accounts, including gift transfers and inheritance-based transfers.
How to Open a DEMAT Account
Fill the DP Account Form
Download the DEMAT account opening form from our Downloads page or collect it from our office.
Submit KYC Documents
Provide your citizenship/passport, PAN card, and passport-size photo along with the completed form.
Account Activation
Your DEMAT account will be activated within 1–2 business days after document verification.
Access Mero Share
Login to Mero Share (meroshare.cdsc.com.np) to view your holdings, apply for IPOs, and manage your portfolio.

- PAN card (copy)
- Passport-size photograph (2 copies)
- Bank account details / cheque leaf
- Mobile number registered with bank
