Assist clients with buy/sell orders on NEPSE, maintain trading records, and support the trading desk during market hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of NEPSE and stock market operations
- Good communication skills in Nepali and English
- Proficiency in MS Office
Client Relations Officer
Handle client inquiries, onboard new clients, manage KYC documentation, and provide support for DEMAT and TMS accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or running
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of stock market and depository services
- Experience in customer service preferred
IT / Web Support Officer
Maintain company website, support TMS and internal systems, handle technical issues for clients and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with web technologies
- Basic networking and system administration knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure during market hours
